Please note that by completing a purchase on CoachingCentral.org, you are agreeing to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.


1. No Cancellations After Purchase

All sales on Coaching Central are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and payment is processed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following specific conditions:

a. Digital Coaching Kits

  • Coaching Kits (PDFs, templates, and similar digital downloads) are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
b. Live-Scheduled Courses
  • If a scheduled live course is cancelled by us, and it is not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to the user.
c. Platform Downtime or Program Unavailability
  • If a purchased digital course (live or self-paced) becomes permanently unavailable within 6 months of your subscription and cannot be accessed or delivered, you may request a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, force majeure, internet connectivity problems, or scheduled maintenance.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your request:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID or Email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund
  • Product or course name

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment (via Razorpay or PayPal).
